Mark Bramich
General Manager
Mark combines an impressive postgraduate qualification in Accounting and Financial Management with an extensive 30-year career that spans across sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and international trade. Driven by his passion for organisational success, Mark is recognised for his proactive leadership and hands-on management. He possesses the strategic vision to see the "big picture" and excels in nurturing strategic relationships that yield mutually beneficial outcomes. Off the clock, Mark cherishes the moments he spends with his family, and despite the occasional disappointments, remains an ardent supporter of the Essendon Football Club.
Rohan Balram
Account & Operations Manager
Rohan holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering while studying overseas and a Masters degree in Logistics and Supply Chain from RMIT. He has held several roles in logistics and freight forwarding over seven years and has been pivotal in the growth and success of Natrio Global Logistics. He now oversees the Operations and Account Management teams and is responsible for delivering and maintaining our exceptional and unwavering communication and customer service standards. In his spare time, he is an avid Arsenal fan and enjoys a social game of cricket.
Pauline Welsh
National Business Development Manager
Having worked for a number of the largest global freight forwarders, Pauline has over twenty years of experience in sales, account management and business development in the freight forwarding industry. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and shares our core value of fostering and developing long term partnerships with customers. Outside of work, Pauline has a passion for art. She has had work exhibited in various galleries in Paris, Sydney and hosted her own solo show last year. Besides art she plays guitar and has been in a number of bands. She was a DJ on radio and played various events.
